we started sunday morning by going to church at st. paul's...
then headed to lunch at tarrant's cafe. the banana pancakes were soooooo yummy! 
then we went to the virginia museum of fine arts to see the faberge exhibit...{back view from the cafe}
then we went to hollywood cemetery {2 u.s. presidents buried here}...
the capitol building...
had to go to sine for a drink at our favorite pub...
beautiful cobblestone street in shockoe bottom...
we ended the night by keeping it real for dinner. chanello's pizza is super cheap and we ate it quite a bit when we lived there. so we picked up a pizza.
and took it back to our grand lobby. i was trying to be discrete taking it into the hotel but as soon as i stepped out of the car the valet guy looked at it and said "that's the best!".
